LOTS Academy is designed for investors who already have momentum. To be considered, applicants must meet at least one of the following criteria and outline why they should be accepted onto the programme.

SUPPORTING EVIDENCE

Please upload any supporting documentation that relates to the Application Criteria you selected. This may include evidence of property training, property ownership, or business performance. If you are unable to upload supporting documentation at this stage, the LOTS Academy team may request this separately as part of the application review. All documentation will be treated confidentially and reviewed only by the LOTS Academy team.

A refundable deposit of £1,500 + VAT is required when submitting your application. If your application is not accepted, your deposit will be refunded in full within 72 hours.
