Any notice of cancellation by the client of a booking or part of a booking must be made in writing by email to bianca.oconnor@property-entrepreneur.co.uk. There is a 14-day cooling off period during which you are entitled to receive a 100% refund if you wish to cancel your booking. After 14 days from purchase no refund will be given.
